Developed by the state of Ohio, OhioMeansJobs is a comprehensive website for students and adults that will help them explore career interests and search for jobs. Students can explore career options, take career assessments, search colleges and scholarships, learn job skills, develop a resume and maintain a career portfolio. Four County Career Center

Four County Career Center provides vocational and technical training in 20+ skilled trade programs. Students may choose to attend Four County Career Center during their junior and senior year. Interested sophomores must have 6.5 credits to apply in February and must then have 8 credits by the start of the junior year. Students are encouraged to maintain the highest grades possibe as many programs have specific GPA, math and science requirements that must be met to qualify for the program. Industry Recognized Credentials

One of the testing pathways a student can take to meet their graduation requirements is to earn 12 industry recognized credential points and to earn 13 points on the WorkKeys assessment. While this pathway is not always a feasible option for students, the list developed by the Ohio Department of Education offers great insight into the in demand jobs in Ohio and what professional credentials employers are looking for. Apprenticeship Programs

Apprenticeship programs are a great way for students to learn a trade that allows them to earn money while learning and have opportunities for gainful employment upon completion. Ohio offers a wide array of apprenticeship programs throughout the state. For the student looking for a hands-on career, this is a great option to explore. Fulton County Economic Development Corporation

The Fulton County Economic Development Corporation exists to support and grow employment opportunities within the county in all sectors. Their website provides a wealth of information including job opportuities in the county. They also offer a job search app available through the Apple Store and Google Play.
