Archbold American Legion Aux Post 311 Military Family Scholarship: Open to seniors going into any field with an immediate family member who is actively serving or a veteran of the US Military; chosen by Auxillary Post 311 (DUE MARCH 23 by 3:30PM)

Archbold Area Foundation Scholarship: Open to all seniors and based on academics, extracurriculars, community service and financial need; Application also covers the two scholarships listed below; Interview required (DUE MARCH 9 by 3:30PM)

        • Coach Bill Arthur Memorial Scholarship: Open to seniors

           who played varsity basketball; Chosen by Arthur Family

        • Trudel Family Scholarship: Open to seniors planning to

           enter a health-related field; Chosen by AAF


Archbold Athletic Boosters Scholarship: Open to senior varsity athletes with no Code of Conduct violations; chosen by the Athletic Boosters (DUE MARCH 23 by 3:30PM)

Archbold Bluestreaks Soccer Club Scholarship: Open to senior male or female soccer players (DUE MARCH 23 by 3:30PM)

Archbold Education Association Scholarship: Open to seniors who plan to major in education; Chosen by AEA (DUE MARCH 23 by 3:30PM)

Archbold FFA Alumni Scholarship: Open to current FFA seniors with strong academics (DUE MARCH 9 by 3:30PM)

Archbold Knights of Columbus Scholarship: Open to seniors who have been active in Catholic youth programs (CCD); Chosen by the Knights of Columbus and must be mailed, not submitted to the guidance office (POSTMARKED BY MARCH 23)

Archbold Lions Club Scholarship: Open to all seniors and based on school activities, honors and community involvement; Preference given to children of current Lions Club members (DUE MARCH 23 by 3:30PM)

Archbold Rotary Club Scholarship: Open to all seniors and based on service, merit, leadership and a narrative; Chosen by Rotary (DUE MARCH 23 by 3:30PM)

Archbold Sons of the American Legion Squadron 311 Scholarship: Open to seniors who are a son/daughter of a Legion member; Chosen by Legion 311 (DUE MARCH 23 by 3:30PM)

Archbold Vocal Music Boosters Scholarship: Open to seniors involved in the vocal music program; Chosen by Vocal Boosters (DUE MARCH 23 by 3:30PM)

Chelsey Grisier Memorial Scholarship: Open to seniors who plan to major in a music-related field; Chosen by the Grisier Family (DUE MARCH 23 by 3:30PM)

Gift of Music Scholarship: Open to seniors who plan to major in instrumental music; Chosen by anonymous donor (DUE MARCH 23 by 3:30PM)

Madison "Maddy" Claire Lambert Memorial Scholarship: Given to two seniors who plan to further their education in an accredicated post-high school course of study; Chosen by ABC 4 Maddy Foundation (DUE MARCH 23 by 3:30PM)

Ron Stuckey Memorial Scholarship: Open to seniors active in the Agricultural Science program (DUE MARCH 9 by 3:30PM)

Alexa Pinter Scholarship: Selected by the Pinter Family

American Red Cross Scholarship: Given to a senior who has been an active participant in the high school blood donations and exhibits a leadership role in the coordination and recruitment of blood drives; Chosen by AHS Scholarship Committee

Aschliman & Co CPA Scholarship: Priority given to seniors who plan to major in business or children of employees; Chosen by AHS Scholarship Committee

Blue and Gold Scholarship: Given to a senior who demonstrate citizenship, respect, work ethic and an appreciation for learning; Scholarship supported by funds donated by AHS Faculty; Chosen by AHS Scholarship Committee

F.F. Hesterman Memorial Scholarship: Given to a senior who lives in Henry County; Chosen by Ridgeville Alumni Association

Joe Furko Memorial Scholarship: Given to a senior football player who exemplifies the character of the former Archbold football coach

Joseph D. Emch Memorial Scholarship: Based on merit; Chosen by the Emch Family

Kenn-Feld Scholarship: Given to a senior active in the Agricultural Science/Industrial Technology program; Chosen by AHS Scholarship Committee

Parkview Physicians Group Archbold Scholarship: Given to a senior going into a medical career; Chosen by AHS Scholarship Committee

Robert & Lady Stotzer Memorial Scholarship: Based on merit; Chosen by AHS Scholarship Committee

Sauder Manufacturing Scholarship: Preference given to children of employees; Chosen by AHS Scholarship Committee

Sauder Woodworking Scholarship: Preference given to children of employees; Chosen by AHS Scholarship Committee

Shaun Roth Memorial Scholarship: Given to senior varsity basketball player; Chosen by the Roth Family

Susan Miller Memorial Scholarship: Chosen by the Miller Family

General Information: Each year, the Archbold community provides local scholarships specific to Archbold High School students. Many of these scholarships require the students to complete an application. Scholarships witout an application are selected by the provider or a school selection committee. Local scholarship applications will be live beginning Tuesday, February 20. Any scholarship with an active donwload link is available for students to complete. Applications will download as a PDF file and are set up for students to directly input their information. Applications must be typed and not hand-written. Many of the scholarships will ask for supplemental materials such as an essay, resume or transcript.

Due Dates: Please refer to each scholarship for the specific due date. The majority of scholarships will be due March 23 by 3:30PM.  The Archbold Area Foundation and FFA Alumni Scholarship have an earlier deadline of March 9. Scholarships can be turned into the guidance office. Late applications will NOT be accpeted.
