The game is set in the middle of a civil war between the government soldiers and a rebel organization called the National Independence Union (NIU). This civil war is taking place in a fictional country called Derberan; the location of this country is usually in the middle of some real countries in Central Asia to make it more realistic. The game is divided into three different kinds of games. Close Quarter Combat (CQC) is a game type where you and the other players are focused in smaller and sometimes enclosed maps. In Battle Ground (BG) the maps are huge and may also have vehicles such as tanks, transports, boats, helicopters, and jet aircrafts. And Urban Warfare takes place in cities where there are some open areas and a wide range of weapons, but limited vehicles. This game is number five out of the top five.
