Roy Williams was born on August 14 1980 in Redwood City, California. He played football for the Oklahoma Sooners. In 2000 Roy was a starter when the team won a National Championship game. After Roy played his junior season he decided not to play his senior year and enter the NFL draft. Roy was the eighth overall pick in the 2002 NFL draft. Roy was moved to free safety and would switch with Darren Woodson to confuse the defense. Roy Williams is playing in his seventh season with the Cowboys this year.
