The reason evolution’s important because it helps us solve biological problems that could really impact our lives in a positive or negative way. It's good to stay one step ahead of a disease it helps researchers to study patterns of disease causing organisms. We have to keep in mind that evolution didn't just happen in the past; it’s happening today. The way researchers study evolution is by looking at a concept, and if they can't find an explanation just by looking at it, they make it digital and see it in a different perspective and see how it works.
