The whole storyline to Electric man is that you are from a planet called Voltagen.  You are a stick man in a fighting tournament and no one has ever beat the defending champion; so that is your goal of the game.  The rules are that you can use any form of super powers or regular fighting moves to win.   You win by beating the whole other team.  So that is pretty much the storyline for Electric Man 2.  I think that this is a really good game.  So I think you should really try this game anytime that you have a chance to because it is really fun.
