Neal Caffrey, played by Matt Bomer, is an

ex con man known for being a world-

renowned forger and art thief. With his

talents, Neal can have anything he desires,

and what he wants more than anything is to

track down his recently vanished girlfriend,

Kate. After escaping from prison, and

getting caught by the man who put him

there in the first place, Agent Peter Burke,

Neal strikes a bargain. In exchange for his

freedom, Neal will help the FBI catch the

most mysterious criminals in the country.

Peter is unsure at first but compromises

saying that Neal can if he wears an ankle

bracelet monitoring his movements. Neal

proves to be more then helpful with his

criminal mind helping the law see what
