Skiing is another big part of the games. It is still up and coming so new events are still being added. Big air and slope style are two of its biggest events. There are not many huge names that stand out, but most of the guys are really good and can do some crazy stuff. One of the greatest women skiers of all time recently died just before the games started this year. Her name was Sarah Burke and she won pretty close to everything she tried. She was the main influence to put slope style skiing into the Olympics, too. The2012 games were dedicated to her, and there was a ceremony before the women’s super pipe.
