In this movie the princess is Ariel, she is a mermaid that dreams to have a life in the human world.

One day, during a storm, she saves a human prince, Eric.

When he open his eyes, Ariel came back in the sea, but he remembers her beautiful voice when she sings.

Ariel to meet again her prince, goes to Ursula, the evil witch of the ocean to become a human, but everything has a price and she must give her voice to the half octopus.

She spends a lot of time with Eric on the dry land but in three days she must kiss him to stay forever a human.

Ursula tries to stop Ariel but Eric kills her and the King of the ocean that is Ariel’s dad, transforms her into a human so she can get married and live happy and in love.

The movie was created in 1989, based on a novel of Hans Christian Andersen.
