The three chipettes are Brittany, Jeanette, and Eleanor. Brittany is the lead singer and is obsessed with herself. She is a very self-centered and emotional chipmunk. Then, there is Jeanette who forgets everything. Jeanette knows that it is not all about her appearance like Brittany thinks it is. Eleanor is the chubby, athletic chipmunk that keeps her sisters calm. Secretly, the chipettes have a crush on each of the chipmunks. Brittany likes Alvin, Jeanette likes Simon, and Eleanor likes Theodore. The chipettes and the chipmunks become friends and eventually begin to perform on stage together.
