Juggling clubs, or simply Clubs, are 40 to 50 cm long and their weight is 150g. They are made of wood or synthetic material.

A club is slim at the 'handle' end, and has it’s centre of balance nearer the wider 'body' end. The clubs are used in pairs and they are shaped similar to bowling pins but more narrow.

Fundamental elements of a clubs routine include mills and small circles, asymmetric movements, throwing and catching. One of the elements is achieved by sliding the clubs along the floor with graceful body movements. Another element for the gymnast, to demonstrate with the clubs, is a movement called the figure eight. She also performs a windmill, a small circling move with the clubs. The gymnast must show use of the clubs in both hands and in one hand.
