The Siberian Husky came from an Indian tribe called the Chukchi. They were famous for their excellent long-distance sled dogs. The Siberian Husky’s popularity received another boost during World War 2, when the Army used him for Artic search and rescue. After war, interest in the breed grew, as did interest in sled racing. The Siberian is fun-loving, friendly, gentle, alert, and outgoing. They have an affectionate personality. Siberians have a great love for their family, and they are not one-person dogs. They are well-known for their lovable attitude and their smiling personality.
