Benjamin Burnley is the vocalist and guitarist for Breaking Benjamin. He is 30 and his birthday is on March 10, 1978, in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He taught himself to play the guitar by listening to “Nirvana’s Nevermind.” Benjamin earned money by playing cover songs in coffee houses as a solo artist. Aaron Fink was born on April 22, 1978. He is the lead guitarist and sometimes a backing vocalist. He was once in the band Lifer then broke away in 2001 to join his old high school friend Benjamin. Mark Klepaski was born September 11, 1975. He also was in the band Lifer, but made the decision to go to Breaking Benjamin. He is the founder of the clothing line Ke’Kuhn. Mark lives in Pennsylvania with his wife Laura, and two kids. Chad Szeliga was born on December 23, 1976, in Elyria, Ohio. He is the drummer and is in a side project OurAfter. First he was in the band Switched from Cleveland, Ohio. Sometime in 2001 he began in the band Another Path. While with Another Path, Chad recorded a video “So Cold” with Breaking Benjamin. Chad joined Breaking Benjamin in late 2005. Currently, on the side, he plays drums for Scranton-based band OurAfter.
