Since it is a pawnshop, the Harrisons receive some very weird items. Once, Rick bought a pair of $40,000 earrings and the next day, the police came and took them. They buy just about anything from a pirate peg leg to antique toilets. They have also bought an 1890 Horchkiss Cannon that was probably used in the attack on Cuba. One day, a man drove up in a 1962 Lincoln Continental, which was the same type of car that President Kennedy got shot in. They can buy just about anything for much less than it would have sold for at an auction. In one episode, a lady sells a flag from the moon for $4,000 but a similar flag sold for $23,900 just a few months before.
