“Invader Zim” was created by Jhonen Vasquez and aired on Nickelodeon for the first time on March 30, 2001. After the first season, the show began to suffer and was cut short before the second season was even finished. On August 19, 2006 all forty-six episodes were aired on television and put on DVD due to a cult-like following after the show was cancelled.
