Minecraft is a sandbox video game that was created by Markus Persson and was published by Mojang on May 17, 2009. The second update officially happened on December 23, 2009, and on October 30, 2010, they released a Halloween update for the game.
	The most recent update was on November 14, 2016. Some lore was presented stating that it all started in one world and after that more worlds began to spawn and players joined other players. In June 2016, Minecraft had 106 million copies sold.
