Will Smith has been nominated for two Oscars. He was nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in the movies Ali, and The Pursuit of Happiness. He received six AMA awards for Favorite Soul/R&B Male Artist, Favorite Pop/Rock Album, and Favorite Soul/R&B Album in 1999; Favorite Pop/Rock Male Artist and Favorite Soundtrack in 2000; and Favorite Pop/Rock Male Artist in 2005.
	He has also won three NAACP awards from 13 nominations. In the Saturn Awards he was nominated for Best Actor in Independence Day, Men in Black, and Hancock. He was also nominated for Best Supporting Actor in The Legend of Bagger Vance, and won Best Actor in I Am Legend.
Will Smith has also won four Grammy Awards. He won Best Rap Solo Performance for “Gettin’ Jiggy Wit It” and “Men In Black.” He also has won Best Rap Performance By A Duo or Group for “Summertime,” and Best Rap Performance for “Parents Just Don’t Understand.”
