One Tuesday Morning
Karen has written three books in the 911 series, One Tuesday Morning, Beyond Tuesday Morning, and Every Now and Then. In One Tuesday Morning, during the tragedy of September 11, 2001, two men meet. They have never seen each other before, but they are identical; unfortunately, one lives and one dies. Battling amnesia, the survivor has to struggle to become a better man than he ever was by following the example of a man who is no longer alive, largely with the help of one woman. In the second book, Beyond Tuesday Morning, widow Jamie Bryan struggles to move past the terrible events of September 11. She becomes actively involved in the small memorial chapel across from the scene of the attacks, and through it meets two men. Unsure and scared, Jamie slowly starts to open her heart, only to be shocked at what she learns. Every Now and Then ends the series with a man desperate to help a hurting city. However, in order to do that, he must work through his own trouble and heartache.

Women of Faith is a compelling two book series about a couple’s fight to stay together. In A Time to Dance, John and Abby are on the verge of divorce when their daughter announces her engagement. Not wanting to ruin her special day, they secretly pause their plans until after the wedding. In the process of not dampening their daughter’s happiness, they start to wonder if there is hope for their own marriage. The sequel, A Time to Embrace, shows John and Abby much more happy, and feeling like newly-weds again, until tragedy strikes. Desperately clinging to hope of a miracle, John and Abby must remember what is most important, or lose everything.
