He has the ability to put out fires with a single blow, and he has laser eye vision. Superman’s major weakness is Kryptonite. He is the man of steel and nothing can hurt him because he is not human. He is from a planet called Krypton and there they are all like us. They can be hurt, killed, anything. Here on earth there is no Kryptonite, which means all the stuff Superman couldn’t do before he can because that’s what Kryptonite does; it makes Superman “human.” He can get hurt, killed anything. Superman was one of the finders of the JLA. He is still active as a member. At one point in Superman’s life he had fought other known super heroes known as The Hulk and Spider-man even super heroes in the JLA like Batman and the Flash. He has even fought villains whom other super heroes have fought, too, like Doomsday, Venom, and lots of others.
