Our rival is an intense college football rivalry between the Wolverines of the University of Michigan. This has been going on over the last four decades as most of the games have determined the Big Ten Conference. The annual match up between the two Midwest state schools had been held at the end of the regular season since 1935. Since 1918, the games have alternated between Columbus, Ohio, and Ann Arbor Michigan. It has been played Ohio Stadium since 1922 and Michigan Stadium since 1927.
