NYLT picture 2 : NYLT is a week long course. NYLT stands for National Youth Leadership Training. You have to be thirteen and a first class scout to participate in the course. You have to have a position of leadership or be capable of filling a leadership role. You learn a lot about how to become a leader for your troop or crew.
