Venturing Picture You have to be 14 years of age or 13 and completed the eighth grade to join a Venturing crew. Women can join a crew. You can be in a crew until you are 21 years of age. The Silver award is the highest rank in Venturing. Venturing crews can shoot guns unlike boy scouts.
