Diet

The diet of a bee is atually pretty simple. Most people assume that bees eat the nectar from the flowers they land on,
but this couldn't be more wrong.
While bees do draw the nectar from the flower into their mouths, they do not eat it. They carry it back to the hive, and spit it into a cell inside the hive. Then the nectar goes through a process of being turned into honey. The bees then eat the honey, which is the reason why the bees make honey in the first place.
