Jerry Rice defines the word perfect with being the only player in NFL history to score 208 touchdowns and being number one in nine records prior to his retirement in 2005. Out of Mississippi Valley State, he was drafted 16th overall by San Francisco in 1985. Jerry was “the greatest player to ever play the game” with a 20-year career leaving the rest in the dust with his unbelievable hard work. Rice referred himself as the “GOAT” (Greatest Of All Time) with three Super Bowl wins with the 49ers. This man didn’t just break many records, he obliterated them. A lot of people took most of Jerry’s games as perfection. Rice will be eligible for the Hall of Fame in 2010.
