On average weighing100-300 kg, this orange beast is not meant to be messed with. Usually a reddish-orange the tiger is covered with strips all over the body, the tiger can be identified easily. Tigers live in packs called streaks. There are eight different subspecies, and tigers are found on most continents. The tiger has claws five cm long, which are retractable, that it uses to defend itself. Also its jaw is filled with 32 teeth, some which can be up to 7cm long. The tiger’s sense of smell is less sensitive than the average dog and it uses its whiskers for feeling around. The tiger has very good sight in the dark but it is colorblind. With all of its defenses the tiger is still an endangered species due to poaching.
