The Cleveland Cavaliers have never won an NBA Finals. Although they have won one Eastern Conference Championship, during Lebron’s first time playing for the Cavs. They have won their division three time since in 1976, and again back to back times in the 2009 and 2010 seasons.
With the 2010 season being the most successful with Lebron’s leadership, the Cavs made it to the NBA Finals only to get swept by the San Antonio Spurs 4-0. The Cavs also have retired one of their best point guards of all time’s number, that of Mark Price. Price currently leads the team with all time assists as a Cavalier.
