Royal Penguins are like the Macaroni Penguins, but instead the Royal Penguins have white feathers underneath their chins, not black.  Royal Penguins weigh about 13lbs.  They feed on fish, krill, and sometimes squid.  Royal Penguins make a nest in a shallow hole in the weeds or in the sand.  Two eggs are usually laid at a time, but usually only one survives.  The parents rotate keeping the egg warm, and once it has hatched, the mother goes out to bring back food.  The Royal Penguin is not considered a threatened animal.
