Yakko, Wakko, and Dot were created a long time ago by an animator that went insane. Being too zany for the WB studio to handle, they were locked away in the water tower for years, but they have finally broken out. Thaddeus Plotz, the head of the studio, hired a security guard, but in all attempts to catch them were unsuccessful. Dr. Otto Scratchandsniff, a psychiatrist, was hired to try to set them straight, but in this episode all that was accomplished was the catchphrase “Hellloooo Nurse!” Yakko and Wakko fell in love with Scratcandsniff’s assistant. The Warner Brothers (and Sister) were impossible to stop!
