Animaniacs started on the channel Fox Kids, and its first season was 65 episodes long. When Fox Kids didn’t order any new episodes, the show went onto syndication for a year before being transferred to a new Warner Bros. channel, Kids’ WB. The second season was 13 episodes long and attracted over 1 million children viewers a week. But, because of the “adult humor” incorporated into the show, kids were not the only ones watching it. After a few short seasons, Animaniacs was cancelled due to Kids’ WB’s dissatisfaction with the viewers. The show went onto syndication, and reruns played for a few months. No new episodes were created, and the series was one episode short of 100! But Animaniacs will always have a place in our hearts, and YouTube can always show us any episode we type into the little search box.
